VMware Pre-Test and Consultation

AppLabs will provide technical review, recommendation and assistance with test activities to customers during pre-test or customers that are performing self certification.

Basic Pre-Test:

AppLabs will provide a test environment and space within the Lindon Utah Lab where select partners can work to perform pre-test activities as outlined by the Select Partner Guide. AppLabs will provide infrastructure and system troubleshooting assistance as well as include the Level 1 consultation (in Person) for this engagement.

Includes:

• Level 1 consultation (in person)
• No submission Gap Analysis Report (GAP) required
• Product can be ship ready or non-ship ready or beta
• Basic Pre-Test does not allow for submission of results for certification

Standard Pre-Test:

One full time AppLabs engineer to complete a full test run using CVA to indicate failures.

Also Includes:

• Can be added to Basic but not required
• Includes Level 1 consultation
• No submission Gap Analysis Report (GAP) required
• Product can be ship ready or non-ship ready or beta
• Standard Pre-Test does not allow for submission of results for certification

Advanced Pre-Test:

Dedicated resources to work with customer and VMware to resolve issues and failures found during Select Partner Guide Pre-Test runs and requested CVA test runs.

Includes:

• Negotiable amount of engineering time
• Regression test runs
• Level 1 consultation (in person)
• No submission Gap Analysis Report (GAP) required
• Product can be ship ready or non-ship ready or beta
• Pre-Test does not allow for submission of results for certification
