Under the Optimize phase, AppLabs provides an inventory of each application based on its business criticality and the level of testing resources and effort to be allocated.
The company uses internal benchmarks based on the application and its technology to estimate ratios of personnel in testing. AppLabs also works with the client to address how to put a maximum limit on software testing spent and work with internal IT on how to lead change management with users.
