Doc leads AppLabs' business development efforts. He is responsible for creating relationships that drive overall revenue growth.

Doc has nearly 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, strategic planning, and finance. Prior to AppLabs, Doc was in a fast track executive development program at CIGNA, a Fortune 100 financial-services giant. Doc was previously in the planning and analysis group at The Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack; the nation's leading full service automotive aftermarket chain. Doc analyzed the impact of the ongoing restructuring of the firm with a special focus on the firm’s supply chain and distribution centers.

Prior to Pep Boys, Doc was with Henkels & McCoy one of the largest privately held engineering, network development and construction firms serving the communications, information technology and utility industries in the United States.

Doc has a dual MBA in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University. He also has a dual Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University.

Doc serves on the executive committee of the Young Friends of The Philadelphia Museum of Art and is Vice-Chair of the Friends of the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

John Carmody is the Vice President, Strategic Account Management of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company.

John Carmody brings over 16 years of Sales and Account Management experience to AppLabs. As Vice President, he is responsible for AppLabs largest North American vertical, Independent service Provider ( ISV) and non-financial Enterprise Sales. Prior to his elevation his present role, John opened new territories for AppLabs by signing clients in California, Atlanta, Virginia as well as in Ireland and the United Kingdom. His Sales career in the IT industry began with a Territory Management role with Oracle Corporation, where he offered RDBMS, CASE tools and ERP solutions to the market. He eventually joined Diffusion, a company focused on developing cutting edge push technology, which got acquired by the content management powerhouse, Vignette. Subsequently, John returned to the world of start-ups and was a top Account Executive with Evoke Software before joining AppLabs.

Early in his career, John worked in a logistics management position for PepsiCo Wines & Sprits International. In his next assignment he represented a Dutch multi-national steel company, Hoogovens, which had its US Sales office in New York. He spent five years in this position traveling internationally with US clients visiting steel mills for sales and technical discussions. During these years he also managed partnerships with US-based mills as a reseller of Hoogovens steel to industry leaders including Bethlehem Steel, Inland Steel and LTV.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Carl Aloi is the Vice President, Finance of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company.

Carl has over 17 years of experience in accounting and managerial roles. Prior to AppLabs, Carl worked for Raritan Computer, where he was responsible for day to day accounting operations and expanded reporting and analysis, while cutting reporting time. He began his career at Kelly, Lee, and Company, where he worked on a wide variety of clients and established himself in all facets of financial matters. In similar roles, Carl has developed experience in a wide variety of industries including consumer and commercial product distribution, manufacturing, hi-tech, and professional services.

Carl has Master's in Business Administration from Rider University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Rider College. He is also a certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey.

Graham Smith is Head of Client Engagement of AppLabs in Europe. He has sole responsibility for developing and managing the sales team on existing client engagements throughout Europe. He is a thought leader within the banking, financial services and insurance industries and is extremely active in generating industry news and comment around quality and risk mitigation within these markets.

He has a strong delivery background in software testing especially in the life assurance market. Prior to AppLabs, Graham held a number of key testing/project management positions at Life Assurance company NPI, which got acquired by AMP. In his time there, Graham was instrumental in developing testing strategies around some major IT issues, ranging from platform migrations, demutualisation, Y2K and eCommerce initiatives that involved a number of third party suppliers.

Following his 25 years at NPI, Graham moved to FIS, a software company, where he was responsible for relationship and program management and was influential in outsourcing a number of testing aspects to a specialist test consultancy.

Graham left school and went straight into the Life and Pensions industry. He qualified for a Diploma in Management Studies whilst working at NPI and along with being a school governor, he enjoys spending time with his family, golf and football.

Gary Davies is the Head of Business Development Europe of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company. In his role, Gary is responsible for the delivery of business development across Europe working with FTSE 500 and S&P 350 companies, working with these organizations on their QA solutions.

Since joining AppLabs, with the remit of boosting new business and cross selling into existing clients, Gary has made a significant contribution to the substantial growth of the company. Gary spent the first ten years of his career in the utilities sector, working on large-scale implementations of new billing systems. He then moved into the financial sector, managing testing projects for large blue chip organizations such as NPI, Henderson Investments and Barclays to name but a few.

Gary graduated from Wolverhampton University with a degree in business studies and is an active member of the young institute of directors.

Mark Bargh is Head of Operations Europe of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company.

Mark has over 19 years of experience in the information technology industry. Coming from a strong background in performance engineering, Mark joined the company in 1996 and since then has been instrumental in the development of the company's testing and integration service offerings.

During his time with AppLabs, Mark has been key in the delivery of services to some large clients in the financial and retail sectors. Originally having a focus on leading the presence in the north UK region, Mark has since become Head of Operations in Europe.

Mark received a BSc in electronic engineering from Kent University and enjoys cycling and swimming.

Shanmugavel Selvarajan (Shamy) is the Vice President, Solution Engineering Group for the European business of AppLabs, the world's largest independent testing, quality management and certification Solutions Company. In his role, Shamy will be responsible for spearheading the campaign for business growth in Europe by providing Innovative business solutions for existing and new customers.

In his career spanning over 14 years within the Global IT services space, he has played key roles in Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Relationship Management, Program Management and Business Development. During this time, he has spent almost 10 years in Europe and in the US working for global 500 customers like GE, Bank of America, Target Corporation, Sears, Auchan etc. defining and delivering outsourcing programs on a global delivery model.

Prior to AppLabs Shamy was with Wipro Technologies where he managed the growth of IT services business for Retail vertical across Europe. As the head of new business across UK, Europe and Nordics, he enabled strong business growth with new customer acquisitions across these regions and added some of the key retail customers to their portfolio. He was instrumental in closing multi million dollar deals with complex outsourcing solutions and commercial models involving Application Development / Maintenance, BPO, Testing and Technology infrastructure services. In his tenure of 4+ years at Wipro, he had also managed multiple retail accounts in the US delivering programs on global delivery model and enabled in creating the largest Retail customer engagement within their business unit.

Shamy also spent over 9 years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), in portfolios ranging from strategic account management, product development, program management, Euro Consulting etc. for their BFSI and Retail Verticals.

He is a Bachelor in Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai and Diploma in Business Management from ICS, UK.

Vikash Sureka is the Vice President, Finance and Global Financial Controller of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company.

Vikash has over 15 years of experience in various financial areas including P&L Management, Financial Planning, Accounting, Corporate Audit, Risk Assessment, Structuring deals and negotiating large contracts.

Prior to joining AppLabs, Vikash worked at Wipro for over 10 years, during which he worked on multiple middle and senior level assignments within the Finance Organisation including Corporate Audit, Financial Planning, Management Reporting and Business Finance. As part of the Europe’s leadership team, Vikash was actively involved in developing business plans for key Geographies. In his last role he was responsible for business finance for Wipro’s Europe Business, at about $1B in size.

Prior to Wipro, Vikash completed his articleship at S.B. Billimoria & Co., a Chartered accountant firm based in Bangalore, India .He has also worked for over 5 Years as an Accountant for Kanoria Plaschem Ltd.

Vikash is a Chartered Accountant.

George Blackie is the Vice President, Client Engagement Scotland and Ireland of AppLabs. In his role, George will be responsible for delivering profitable growth by continuing to build long term strategic relationships with our clients in both Scotland and Ireland.

George joined the AppLabs in 2002, with the remit of building on the successes we had in the Scottish financial services sector, focusing on long term strategic partnerships with our larger customers. George and his team in Scotland have made a major contribution to this strategy by developing long term relationships with some of the largest financial organizations in the country.

George spent his formative years with ICL/Fujitsu Services where he performed various roles in sales and sales management. During this time, he gained experience in both new business and strategic-consultancy led sales ending his time with Fujitsu Services as Client Director for one of the large banks. He has experience in manufacturing, government (both central and local) and latterly financial services.

Outside of work George spends time with his wife and grown up children, plays a bit of golf, and has a masochistic tendency to follow the Scottish International football team.

Mark Megson is the Vice President, Client Engagement Europe of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company. In his role, Mark is responsible for the delivery of existing AppLabs services, together with developing new propositions to major clients within England and Wales.

Mark joined the company in March 2005, quickly winning and then developing some of the largest accounts within AppLabs today. Mark has worked within the IT industry for the last 20 years, primarily with software and services companies and has built strong commercial relationships within a number of Systems Integration organizations which have led to productive long term business.

When not at work, Mark loves time with his family and ferries his children to endless sports and social events. He is a keen musician and records and plays with a number of old friends.

Sai heads the software testing professional services group at AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company. He has been with AppLabs since December 2002.

Sai has over 16 years of IT experience. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies in US for over 12 years. He began his career at William Telecommunications, where he worked on building applications for NeXT desktops. Later he got into developing X-windows applications at Schlumberger Well Services. Sai was part of key Legacy to Client server implementation at Fidelity Investments & Brokerage services, before contributing to SAP implementation at Phillips Lighting in New Jersey. For over 6 years, Sai worked very closely with utility deregulation phenomenon in US. As part of utility deregulation implementation (while working at NSI, Exolink, and Alliance Data), Sai has contributed to utility deregulation implementation at NYSEG, NIMO, PECO, PSEG, Duquesne, Penn Power, CSP, CNGE, TXU, and HP&P.

Sai has an MS in Computer Science from Lamar University, Texas and a BS in Civil Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.

IG Reddy Vice President, Solutions Engineering of AppLabs, is responsible for solutions engineering function for the India and US geographies and provides additional support to the Europe solution engineering team. He has been with AppLabs since April 2005.

IG has over 17 years of experience in the manufacturing and IT sectors. Prior to joining AppLabs, IG worked for Cordys as Senior Manager, Product Management where he developed the product concepts of Real Time Enterprise (RTE), Compliance Management (SOX) and Cordys Connectivity Framework (CCF). He began his career at Tata Steel, where he worked on industrial engineering and operations management practicing, capacity management, capital schemes evaluation and implementation of business applications. Later he joined Baan Info Systems India Limited where he was responsible for product consulting, solution selling, delivery and presales support for global customers.

IG has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from NITIE and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from NIT. He is also certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) from APICS and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) diploma from ICFAI, India.

Arun Rao is the Vice President, Human Resources of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company. In his current role, Arun oversees the HR operations and people development initiatives globally.

Prior to taking up his current position at AppLabs, Arun was the head of the HR function at Intelligroup Asia, an IT Services Firm based out of Hyderabad, where he was responsible for post-recruitment HR operations as well as the Learning & Development functions. He also worked with Satyam Computers in leadership positions in HR and at Mascon Global, where he worked in their offices in India and the US, to manage their Business HR functions.

Arun started his career with Steel Authority of India Ltd as a Management Trainee in 1989, where he worked with them in various capacities in their Personnel and HR teams till 1999, post which he opted for Voluntary Separation.

Arun has a post graduate diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the XLRI, Jamshedpur, (Class of 1995), and a Bachelor Degree in Science from the University of Delhi (Class of 1987).

Sastry is the Vice President, Finance of AppLabs, the world's largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions company. In this role, Sastry is responsible for Finance & Accounting function for the India operations as well as for the F&A shared service center that supports AppLabs' business in Europe and USA.

Sastry has over 17 years of experience in various operations within the finance stream with top-notch financial and leading companies both in India and the Middle-East region

Sastry is a Chartered Accountant by education.
