Sashi Reddi is the founder and CEO of AppLabs, the world's largest software testing and quality management company. Since its founding in April 2001, Sashi has grown AppLabs from a 3 person outfit in a shared office space in Philadelphia to its current size of 2,500 employees in the US, UK, and India.

A serial entrepreneur, Sashi has started two other companies prior to AppLabs. His first company was EZPower Systems, a developer of products for building and maintaining large-scale web applications. EZPower was acquired by DocuCorp and then eventually by Oracle. EZPower technology continues to be a part of Oracle's document management offerings. Following EZPower, Sashi founded iCoop, a group purchasing dotcom company that went bust. He is also the founder and chairman of FXLabs, a leading developer of high quality game products for PC's, consoles, and online.

Sashi began his career consulting on technology and strategy to Fortune 500 companies in the travel, financial services, automotive and consumer packaged goods industries.

Sashi received his BTech degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. He went on to gain an MS in Computer Science from New York University and later a PhD from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Sashi serves on the advisory board of the Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs and the advisory board of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad. He is a charter member of TiE Hyderabad.

David Leabeater is the Senior Vice President  for AppLabs UK, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. He is responsible for managing the company’s new customer acquisition efforts and top line revenue generation in the UK market.

David joins AppLabs with over 15 years in business development and management roles much of which has focused on outsourcing powered by integrated offshore-onshore solutions.

Prior to joining AppLabs, David held senior business development roles in Xansa plc (acquired by Steria Groupe) over more than 7 years. Before that he held senior business development roles in Computer Sciences Corporation. Prior to that he held senior business development and management roles at Ernst & Young.

David was responsible for setting up and running a joint venture consultancy and services business backed by Deloitte & Touche and the National Consumer Council (sponsored by the Department of Trade & Industry). He won and managed programmes for the BBC, leading UK utilities, government departments and agencies.

David has a 1st class BA and PhD from the University of Sydney.

Doc Parghi is the Senior Vice President ,Global Accounts of AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, he is responsible for creating strategic business relationships globally to drive overall revenue growth. After having led the North American business successfully, Doc took up the assignment to scale up the European business at a faster pace, where led all aspects of the European operations and had full ownership of the European business. Prior to this, Doc served as Senior Vice President, North America in which he led all aspects of the North American business which is AppLabs’ largest market.

As one of the first employees and Sales leaders of the organization, Doc has been instrumental in transforming AppLabs into global software testing power house, with a presence in 3 continents and over 2,500 employees. Doc has institutionalized the organization’s sales processes to support scaling and spectacular growth has been achieved both organically and inorganically.

Doc has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, operations and finance. Prior to AppLabs, Doc was at CIGNA, a Fortune 100 financial-services giant. Prior to CIGNA, Doc worked in a key role at The Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack; the nation's leading full service automotive aftermarket chain.

Prior to Pep Boys, Doc was with Henkels & McCoy one of the largest privately held engineering, network development and construction firms serving the communications, information technology and utility industries in the United States.

Doc has a dual MBA in Marketing and Finance, as well as a dual Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University.

Doc serves or has served on the boards of several charitable organizations including the Young Friends of The Philadelphia Museum of Art and Friends of the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania where he rose to Vice-Chair. Doc also serves on a Strategic Advisory Board for the Eastern Technology Council.

Vikash Sureka is the Senior Vice President, Finance of AppLabs, the world's largest software testing and quality management company.

Vikash has over 15 years of experience in various financial areas including P&L Management, Financial Planning, Accounting, Corporate Audit, Risk Assessment, Structuring deals and negotiating large contracts.

Prior to joining AppLabs, Vikash worked at Wipro for over 10 years, during which he worked on multiple middle and senior level assignments within the Finance Organisation including Corporate Audit, Financial Planning, Management Reporting and Business Finance. As part of the Europe's leadership team, Vikash was actively involved in developing business plans for key Geographies. In his last role he was responsible for business finance for Wipro's Europe Business, at about $1B in size.

Prior to Wipro, Vikash completed his articleship at S.B. Billimoria & Co., a Chartered accountant firm based in Bangalore, India .He has also worked for over 5 Years as an Accountant for Kanoria Plaschem Ltd.

Vikash is a Chartered Accountant.

Bob Donaldson is the Vice President of Business Development for AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In this role he is responsible for managing the company’s new customer acquisition efforts and top line revenue generation in the enterprise market.

Bob joins AppLabs with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining AppLabs, Bob had extensive sales management experience at two technology start-ups, including ProcessUnity, Inc. and Meridian Data, Inc., in which he was instrumental in revenue growth and customer acquisition. Prior to ProcessUnity, Inc., Bob served in a number of sales management roles for Novell, Inc., where he led both enterprise and new business sales. As Director of Sales for New York he played a pivotal role in the development of Novell’s Global Account program and the execution of Novell’s Open Source ‘go-to-market strategy’.

Bob has a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Elizabethtown College, USA.

Ravi Ramachandran is the Vice President, Business Development of AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his role, he is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships that drive revenue growth globally.

Ravi has over 14 years of experience in leadership positions encompassing Strategy, Business Development and General Management. He has enabled global services companies based in India, China and other geographies to scale their business and grow their footprint in the US market. In these leadership roles, Ravi has driven substantial revenue growth within key multinational accounts that span a variety of verticals including BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail and Media. These account successes include well-known brands like Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Reuters and BASF.

Most recently, Ravi was SVP, North America Operations at VanceInfo Technologies the largest China-based IT services firm and first to complete a successful public listing in the USA (NYSE: VIT). Prior to this, he spent over 6 years at Cambridge Solutions (recently acquired by Xchanging an outsourcing firm with revenues of over $1 Billion) in various capacities including VP & GM Global Financial Services (IT) and Head of USA Region Sales. Previously, Ravi was a senior consultant with Scient, one of the fastest growing internet systems integration firms, where he advised Fortune1000 enterprises to define business strategies and implement leading-edge eBusiness systems. His past experience also includes positions at Pegasystems and Lewtan Technologies.

Ravi holds an MBA from Clark University in Massachusetts and a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University.

Jeanne is Vice President, Business Development (West Coast) for AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In her current role, Jeanne is responsible for managing the business development and sales team for the western region of the US.

Jeanne has led several global services organizations in business significant growth. In her role as Vice President ,Business Development for the Objectiva Software Solutions business group, EMC Corporation, Jeanne initiated one of the largest software services China deployments. As the Vice President for ADP, Claims Services business unit, Jeanne had led the new product introduction for a software application and data base for US automotive auto loss estimation that has become the standard for the majority of the US insurance providers.

In addition to corporate business experience, Jeanne was a Senior Consultant with Stanford Research International, leading business research projects in the Automotive practice.

Jeanne has a BS from the College of St Rose, with an MS in Asian Studies from State University of New York at New Paltz and an MBA from the University at Albany.

Sharon is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In her current role, Sharon is responsible for managing HR and recruitment functions for AppLabs in the US region. Sharon joins AppLabs with 25 plus years of progressive HR experience.

Prior to joining AppLabs, Sharon held senior level HR leadership roles in technology, healthcare and marketing companies including Keystone Care, FNX/GL Trade (now Sunguard), Roska Direct Digital, RMH Teleservices and the US Army. In these roles, Sharon directed HR Departments through rapid growth, due diligence, acquisitions and mergers. Sharon was a member of the US Army Recruiting and Training Command where she directed recruiting, training and leadership programs.

Sharon holds a BA from the University of the Arts, Philadelphia. She has attended numerous advanced HR courses and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is also an active Board Member with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)/Bo-Rit Asbestos Removal Program, the American Legion and participates in various volunteer veteran outreach programs.

Morag Elrick is the Assistant Vice President,  Delivery (UK) of AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In her current role, Morag is responsible for the Line Management and Service Delivery functions in the UK.

Morag has over 30 years of operational management experience in the retail, general insurance, and call centre industries as well as IT consultancy. Morag has been with Applabs for over eight years initially in project / program management roles where she was responsible for managing the delivery of high profile multi-phase projects and high end test consultancy before moving into operational management.

Before joining AppLabs, Morag was a business consultant with the Innovation Group, where she was responsible for providing consultancy to clients on project and test management, planning, standards, processes, and best practice. Prior to this, she was with General Accident / CGNU Insurance (now Aviva) for 20 years in a variety of operational management roles in finance and, call centres before moving into IT where she was Project Release Manager within the System Integration Project of the GALAXY Programme responsible for the implementation of the HUON Solution, and conversion from existing legacy systems across the branch network of CGNU Insurance.

Morag is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner experienced in full lifecycle project and program management.

Preeti Walhekar is the Assistant Vice President for AppLabs Europe, the world's largest software testing and quality management company. In her current role, Preeti is responsible for managing HR and Recruitment functions for AppLabs in Europe.

Preeti’s current responsibilities include employee engagement, talent acquisition, and management and resourcing for key accounts. She has over 17 years of international experience across India and the UK, mostly in HR. Prior to joining AppLabs, Preeti had a long stint with Ness Technologies as the Head of HR for UK, making a vital contribution to the growth of the organization in the UK and transitioning them through a merger. Earlier, Preeti was associated with NIIT Technologies, working in business-facing roles.

Preeti is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) qualified with a PG in HRM from Thames Valley University. She is also a governor for Secondary Grammar School and chairs Appeal Panels for two education authorities.
 

Leslie Luttman is the Head of Finance, Europe for AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In her current role, Leslie is responsible for managing the European finance team, producing the financial reports, and providing support for the management teams globally.

Leslie has over 20 years of experience in various finance positions encompassing Accounting Practice and Corporate positions from manufacturing, to mail order and professional services. She was instrumental in planning the move of AppLabs from the Preston based HQ to the more prestigious London based offices, utilising more efficient and electronic methods for the whole team to be able to communicate effectively. 

Leslie qualified while working in general practice for a top 10 accountancy firm. Within that firm, she moved from being a clerk, to Business Services Manager within 3 years. Since then, she has worked for various organizations, and joined AppLabs in November 2007. 

Leslie has a number of outside interests such as gardening, keeping fit and cooking.  More recently, she has become involved with a local disabilities charity, providing advice and direction on accountancy and administrative functions.
 

Ashwin Palaparthi is the Vice President, Innovation at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. His areas of expertise include, Optimized Test Design, Security Testing, SOA/WebServices Testing, Framework-based Test Automation and Test Productivity Improvement. Ashwin runs the Center of Excellence for Automation/Performance and Security Testing at AppLabs besides handling other service innovation functions.

Ashwin joined AppLabs after his company ValueMinds, was acquired by AppLabs. This is his second stint with AppLabs. He moved out of AppLabs while serving as an AVP/Principal Architect to start his own venture ValueMinds. As the Founder / Chief Architect of ValueMinds Ashwin lead the development of many award-winning testing tools including the well known TestersDesk.com (™) a free community based tool for test design and test data generation helping quality and testing professionals globally.

Ashwin has over 18 years of experience in IT and logistics business. Ashwin started his career in 1992, and spent 7 years running a courier/logistics firm in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India before he entered IT. A self taught programmer, Ashwin has worked in various positions in renowned companies handling technology solutions and presales in Software Testing and has successfully managed several complex testing projects and architected customized test harnesses for his customers. Ashwin has also handled consulting and training functions world-wide on different test engineering topics at companies such as Accenture, Adobe, AppLabs, Invensys, Mastek, Novell, Pitney Bowes, and Wipro.

Ashwin is deeply passionate about Innovation, Test Engineering, Software Architecture, Teaching and Music Composition.

Biswajit is the Vice President and Head of ERP Practice at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, Biswajit is responsible for Oracle (Oracle E-Business, PeopleSoft, and Siebel), SAP, PEGA and Business Intelligence/DW practices. He has over 22 years of IT experience including 16 years in various Oracle ERP application products.

Biswajit had worked for 17 years in USA for various fortune 500 companies including Oracle and Keane before he came back to India. Most recently, he worked as a Senior Director at Oracle India and prior to that he was the Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure service line at Keane India. He had started the Oracle ERP Service Desk service line and Testing service line, which were the key service lines of Oracle Consulting Managed Services group. Under Biswajit’s leadership, Oracle Consulting Service Desk/Help Desk and Testing Service Lines grew in terms of profitability, offerings, customer base, and capabilities across Oracle Applications and managed testing services support areas for many customers in North America and Latin America.

During his 13 years of stint at Oracle, Biswajit managed six practices/service lines including Oracle Pacific West Telecommunications and Utilities vertical group in USA as a senior practice director. Biswajit brings behind several years of experience in practice management, project and program management, pre-sales and business development experience to AppLabs. He has extensive experience in testing services, managed services (application management and infrastructure management services) and Oracle ERP implementation and upgrade service areas. Biswajit is ITIL v3 certified and was instrumental in implementing ITIL processes in Oracle managed services division.  He was heading the reuse initiatives at Oracle Global Service Delivery group which included various tools and utilities as well as creating reuse test script components repository for the Testing Services group.

Biswajit has a Masters in Computer and Information Science from City University of New York with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence.

Pramod Reddy is the Vice President, ICT for AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his role, Pramod is responsible for managing the global IT and Information Security for AppLabs.

Pramod has 20 years of experience in the field of IT in various esteemed organizations prior to taking up the assignment of heading IT and ISMS at AppLabs. He is known for the in-depth knowledge in diverse Technologies like Infrastructure Management, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, and Information Security Management. He has proficiency in setting up of Datacenters. In this leadership role, Pramod was instrumental in building the entire IT infrastructure for India offices with state-of-art technologies. He maintained high standards by linking IT strategies and organizational processes and lived up to the expectations of the customers.

As a Chief Information Security Officer, Pramod was instrumental in securing the ISO 27001:2005 for AppLabs. Implemented ISMS in totality and ensured AppLabs a safe and secure Test Partner for all the Customers.

Pramod is a noted figure in IT Circles and a key member of CIO and CTO forums in India. He is the Co-anchor of Data Security Council of India (a NASSCOM initiative), Hyderabad Chapter. Certified in ITIL and an ISO27001:2005 Lead Auditor.

Lakshminarayanan Subramanian is the Vice President, Finance at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company.

Lakshmi has over 15 years of experience in financial controls, reporting, corporate audit, risk management, cost control, budgeting and project management.

Prior to joining AppLabs, Lakshmi had worked as a Vice President, Finance Controller at SKS Microfinance Ltd where he was responsible for financial controls and consolidation of over 2400 branches Pan India, audit, cash management as well as regulatory reporting. His earlier stints with Goldman Sachs, ICICI Bank, KPMG included significant exposure to banking and financial services with specific focus on controls, corporate governance and risk management.

Lakshmi is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor and enjoys reading and travel.
 

Chandra Kant is the Assistant Vice President and the Head of Business Development function for the Continental Europe and Emerging Markets region for AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, Chandra Kant is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships that drive revenue growth globally.

Chandra Kant has over 17 years of experience in leadership positions encompassing Strategy, Business Development, P&L, and General Management. He has enabled global services companies like Infosys, VeriSign, Siemens, and few others to scale their business and grow their footprint in various markets. In these leadership roles, Chandra Kant has driven substantial revenue growth within key multinational accounts that span a variety of verticals including Banking, Capital Markets, Telecom, Airlines, and Insurance. These account successes include well-known brands like Citibank, ABN AMRO, Singapore Airlines, BSE, Reliance, Cingular, SunGard, UN, and many more.

Most recently, Chandra Kant was General Manager – Global BFSI Head for Datamatics Limited. Prior to this, he spent over 5 years with VeriSign Inc. as Sales Head for Asia Pacific region. Earlier, Chandra Kant was an important member of Banking Business Unit at Infosys. During his 6 years tenure at Infosys, he held various positions including head of banking concept centre and head of the banking consulting group. His past experience also includes positions at Siemens and Symphony.

Chandra Kant holds masters from Indian Institute of Export Management and Bachelors degree with honors in Physics from Delhi University.

Abhay Rao is the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, Abhay is responsible for ensuring business excellence through innovative and result oriented HR processes that are aligned with the organizational objectives. His key areas of focus are Learning and Development and Employee engagement.

Abhay started his career as a programmer in the early 80s in Mumbai. But, he soon relocated to Hyderabad to pursue his career in Human Resources, due to his passion towards the field and good people management skills. He has over 20 years of experience and has worked with the companies like Nicholas Piramal, BAAN, Kenexa, e-emphasys and SEED Infotech prior to joining AppLabs.

Known as an out of box thinker who can develop simple solutions to complex problems, Abhay is driven by processes and is an advocate of common sense management. He believes that anything anyone does should be aligned with the organization objectives.

Ravindra Padakanti is the Assistant Vice President and Company Secretary for AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. 

Ravindra has an overall experience of around 14 years handling the Finance, Accounts, and Secretarial functions for manufacturing, IT, and other related companies. Prior to joining AppLabs, Ravindra worked with Brigade Corporation (India) Private Limited, a multinational company (100% EOU in IT enabled services); Nihar Info Global Limited, a multinational public limited listed company (software development & training); Vybra Automet Limited, a public limited company (Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Unit); and Shez Leathers Limited, a public limited company, a 100% E.O.U - Leather products manufacturing company.

Ravindra is a qualified Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India. He is also a qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Shankar U Chelliah is the Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition, at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, Shankar is responsible for acquisition of talent in India and other geographies that drive growth globally.

Shankar has over 13 years of experience in various leadership positions where he drove talent acquisition to greater heights. He played a crucial role in several global services companies based in India and other geographies to scale their business. Shankar has experience in different verticals including BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Design Services, Avionics, Semiconductor, Quality Assurance and Testing.

Most recently, Shankar was the Country Head at Scope International, the wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, UK. Prior to this, he spent over 6 years at KPIT Cummins as GM – Talent Acquisition. Shankar also worked as a senior manager at Logica, where he was in-charge of Talent Acquisition for India, The Netherlands, Malaysia and Singapore. His past experience also includes leadership positions at HCL Infosystems and CAE Technologies, USA.

Shankar did his MBA from the US and holds Master’s Degree from University of Madras.

Stephen Massel is the Assistant Vice President  and Head of the Capital Markets vertical for AppLabs, the world’s largest independent testing, quality management and certification solutions Company. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing service delivery quality and supporting sales & account management teams to expand AppLabs’ foot-print in the Financial Services space.

Stephen is an experienced senior Information Technology executive with over twenty years experience in Equities and Equity Derivatives, Trading Floor systems and Global Financial Services. He has a strong track record of Quality Assurance, startups and management of major projects, trading strategy and system software development, integration and testing.

Most recently, prior to joining Applabs, Stephen was Managing Director of Quality Management at the American Stock Exchange where his primary responsibilities were for functional, interface and integration testing of a new Reg NMS compliant electronic and floor based Equity Trading System and existing Options platform.

Stephen has also founded a number of startups within the capital markets domain and worked on major projects within Financial Services for Reuters in the UK and in the US.

Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in the UK.

Babu Kakumanu is the Assistant Vice President, Insurance practice of AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, Babu is responsible for overseeing the delivery excellence in the Insurance vertical.

Babu has over 13 years of project management, program management, and delivery management experience in handling small to mutli-year engagements for enterprise customers especially Insurance.

Babu started his career in VisualSoft Technologies Limited as a trainee programmer in VC++. He was initially involved in designing and developing various COM/DCOM component suites in which VisualSoft was a pioneer and sold millions of licenses across the world. During his first five years of experience, Babu played various roles like developer, designer, architect, team lead, and onsite manager both in the offshore and onsite project assignments. In his previous position at SemanticSpace Technologies Ltd., Babu held practice head position for Enterprise Application Services unit offering custom application development, application migration/re-engineering and application maintenance/support services.

Babu holds Master of Computer Applications from Andhra University, AP, India.

Sreenivasa Reddy is the Assistant Vice President, Retail practice at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, Sreeni is responsible for managing the delivery for retail customers across the globe, building and enhancing service offerings, increase customer satisfaction, support pre-sales and business development for the unit, and internal competency development.

Sreeni has over 15 years of experience in the IT Industry working with Retail, CPG, and Apparel and Footwear customers across the globe. He has specialized in managing SAP implementations and upgrade and application support programs. He is experienced in customer relationship management, program and project management with varied sized engagements and service delivery models. Prior to AppLabs, Sreeni has been leading the SAP Retail business unit implementing SAP Retail and POS applications for various retail customers globally. He was also responsible to lead a competency team, building an SAP based accelerated solution for retail customers.

Sreeni holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut and a Bachelors degree from Andhra University.
 

Sharada Rao is the Assistant Vice President, Vertical Solutions at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In her current role, Sharada is responsible for new service and solution offerings,business unit management, customer satisfaction, delivery excellence  and competency development.

Sharada is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of IT experience with LifeSciences and Automotive customers in the US and the EU. She specializes in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, and Operations and business development and has expertise in setting up offshore development centers.

Some of her notable engagements have been with GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Merck & Co., Pfizer, and Roche. She delivered major automotive SI projects into General Motors, Nissan, and Daimler Chrysler.

Sharada’s specialization includes, Transformational Business and IT advisory services for Integrated Healthcare, Life Sciences and Biotech industry; Global Delivery leadership and Innovation and thought leadership.

Sharada is a management graduate from Stanford University and has an underlying graduation in Engineering.

Raghav Beeram is the Assistant Vice President for Test Management Consulting (TMC) and  Software Engineering Process Group(SEPG) of AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company.

Latha Rangarajan is the Assistant Vice President, Technology at AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In her current role, Latha is responsible for business unit management, customer satisfaction, delivery excellence supporting pre-sales and competency development.

Latha has over 16 years of experience, in the IT industry encompassing Product development (ERP) and IT services with a proven global delivery leadership skills. She has extensive experience in Account management, ODC management and Operations management in the Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense and BFSI domains. A few of her major delivery assignments include, Boeing, British Aerospace, JP Morgan Chase and Motorola. Prior to AppLabs she had worked with Baan, Virtusa and Visualsoft.

Latha holds a Masters in Business Administration with a graduation in Engineering.

Maruthi Sivakumar is the Assistant Vice President, Energy, Entertainment and Enterprise (Others) vertical of AppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company. In his current role, Maruthi is responsible for global delivery for the vertical, customer excellence, creating and enhancing service offerings, development of business unit, supporting pre-sales and competency development that help drive the company’s revenue growth.

Maruthi has over 14 years of experience in leadership positions encompassing Strategy, Development and Program Management. He has worked with large enterprises and ISVs specializing in TCoE, automation, agile development and delivering cost-effective solutions for complex business applications. He was responsible for managing outsourced product development and starting product development teams in fast growing IT companies.

Maruthi holds bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications.
