Customizing Automation Framework for a FINTECH Using Requirement Ambiguity Testing & Gap Analysis

Based out of Indiana, the client assists the account receivables and healthcare industries with its revenue cycle management and accounts receivable solutions. The client wanted to ensure flawless functional flow whenever there was change requests (or) new functionality implementation of their huge and complex application. They were also challenged with increased regression cycle time and existing test automation suites.

 

AppLabs team worked closely with the business analysts of customer to perform requirement ambiguity testing (RAT) leading to Gap analysis. Bridging the gaps in functional test cases at the right time has helped client to streamline their work flow and identify actual defects in their systems. With the help of ACOE team, AppLabs proposed CodedUI to client’s existing Keyword driven framework. This significantly reduced the framework development effort thereby helping the automation team to work productively on functional flows. By leveraging AppLabs services, the client has been able to rationalize its process and recognize the flaws for smooth functioning of their business operations.
