      • Sashi ReddiSashi Reddi is  the founder and CEO of AppLabs, the world's largest software testing and quality management company. Since its founding in April 2001, Sashi has grown AppLabs from a 3 person outfit in a shared office space in Philadelphia to its current size of 2,500 employees in the US, UK, and India.

         A serial entrepreneur, Sashi has started two other companies prior to AppLabs. His first company was EZPower Systems, a developer of products for building and maintaining large-scale web applications. EZPower was acquired by DocuCorp and then eventually by Oracle. EZPower technology continues to be a part of Oracle's document management offerings. Following EZPower, Sashi founded iCoop, a group purchasing dotcom company that went bust. He is also the founder and chairman of FXLabs, a leading developer of high quality game products for PC's, consoles, and online.

        Sashi began his career consulting on technology and strategy to Fortune 500 companies in the travel, financial services, automotive and consumer packaged goods industries. 

        Sashi received his BTech degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. He went on to gain an MS in Computer Science from New York University and later a PhD from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

        Sashi serves on the advisory board of the Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs and the advisory board of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad. He is a charter member of TiE Hyderabad.

      • Brian Manning Brian Manning is the president and managing director of CSC in India. His responsibilities include managing the 24,000+ people strong CSC organization in India, ensuring that the delivery capacity in India continues to expand with CSC’s global business requirements, and CSC India’s portfolio of services across diverse industry segments continues to enhance CSC’s global competitiveness. Between 2010 till July 2011, Brian wore an additional hat, that of the COO of CSC’s Global Applications organization.

        In his previous stints at CSC, Brian has undertaken various roles and responsibilities. Most recently, Brian was vice president for the Capability Resource Center (CRC) within CSC’s Managed Services Sector. In this role he was responsible for workforce planning, resource provisioning and aligning the CRC’s strategic objectives with its customers.

        Prior to his CRC role, Brian was responsible for Global Infrastructure Solutions and Technology within CSC's Global Outsourcing Services. He was responsible for all infrastructure market solutions, new business services, architecture and innovation. Brian also served as director of Global Infrastructure Services in India, where he successfully established strategic operations to grow CSC’s offshore capability in India from 600 to 2,700 employees within three years, while also contributing to CSC’s recognition in the Forrester Research & Leaders’ Quadrant.
        Brian’s additional experiences at CSC include directorships for global resourcing, integrated global network and application services, and site integration.

        Brian joined CSC in 1995 from Hughes Aircraft Company to work in management operations of network services. He brings more than 23 years of progressively responsible experience in information technology management, operations, strategic planning and sales from assignments in both companies.

        Brian holds a BA degree in speech communication from California State University Northridge and an MA degree in communications management from the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California. He has earned ITIL Foundation Certification and has completed the eCornell Program in strategic analysis and planning. Brian was also a member of the Infrastructure Management Forum Steering Committee of National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), India.

      • Ashish Khera Ashish Khera is the Head of Finance and Admin for CSC India and recently the CFO for Global Application Delivery.

        He has over 20 years of experience across different domains.

        Khera joined HUL in 1990 post his MBA degree and worked across various functions including running the popular detergents business division for North India.

        After a successful 10 years stint with HUL, he joined GE in the year 2000. He ran the finance centre of excellence comprising 800 people and serving over 20 GE entities. He took over as the CFO for GE services business in India in 2004. Post the sale of GECIS to two late stage investors, he joined Microsoft as the India controller in July 2006.

        In his last assignment he was associated with a Mumbai based private equity firm since 2009 to work on two of their investments.

        Khera is an Engineering Graduate and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
