- Project planning and tracking
- project effort and schedule estimation
- Application and database design
- Applying J2EE/Java design principles in product architecture
- Co-ordinate activities between development and QA teams
- Plan product roadmap with the teams and provide implementation guidelines Maintain adherence in project to CMM level 5 processes
- Development of P-O-C to recommend buy/build decisions
- Team mentoring and guidance
- Issue tracking and resolution
- Version Control using SVN/VSS
- Test planning and execution
- Application deployment Infrastructure planning.

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent with 5 years of experience
