Vice President of Sales

Base Location – 1515 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Directing team in the generating new accounts and revenue streams for AppLabs while achieving annual sales quota. This includes identifying and securing new business with large, enterprise organizations not currently working with AppLabs.
  • Strategic, executive-level selling of Global Quality Assurance testing, Development, and Consulting services.
  • Management activities including forecasting, account planning and strategy.
  • Providing appropriate documentation of client communications and interactions to AppLabs management.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales management providing off shore IT services to BFSI or Health Care industries preferred.
  • Must have 15+ years experience in sales/management
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to lead team in large account sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.
  • Must have excellent communications skills – both written and verbal.
  • Must be capable and comfortable presenting to senior executives and/or large audiences.
  • Familiarity with contact management tools including Salesforce.com.
  • Must have the ability to travel within the region – between 40-60% travel is required.
  • Consultative selling experience is also required, preferably in a team-based customer engagement process.
  • Must be able to relocate to the Philadelphia.
