Transitions Account Manager

Job Type – Permanent

Base Location – Candidate will work in our Philadelphia Office (HQ) at 1515 Market Street, Philadelphia - There will also be some travel throughout the US

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the business development manager with managing account relationships, mapping the account and identifying up/cross sell opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Support BDM in driving new revenue growth.
  • Co-own customer satisfaction with the delivery management team.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing enterprise level accounts.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Some sales and/or project management experience is ideal.
  • Project/relationship management background in IT.
  • Strong soft skills; energy, initiative, negotiation, communication and detail orientation.
  • BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) exposure in IT or a function a PLUS.

Education & Qualification

BA / MBA in Systems Management or equivalent preferred
