Transitions Account Manager
Job Type – Permanent
Base Location – Candidate will work in our Philadelphia Office (HQ) at 1515 Market Street, Philadelphia - There will also be some travel throughout the US
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the business development manager with managing account relationships, mapping the account and identifying up/cross sell opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Support BDM in driving new revenue growth.
- Co-own customer satisfaction with the delivery management team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience managing enterprise level accounts.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Some sales and/or project management experience is ideal.
- Project/relationship management background in IT.
- Strong soft skills; energy, initiative, negotiation, communication and detail orientation.
- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) exposure in IT or a function a PLUS.
Education & Qualification
BA / MBA in Systems Management or equivalent preferred
