Essential Skills & Experience

• Should have experience in any of Test Automation tools like Silk, QTP, BPT, Load Runner
• Should have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of testing methods, concepts and processes, and practices these independently
• Should be able to perform a reliable effort analysis and to prioritize tests
• Should have knowledge to create high level planning and to determine a test strategy
• Should be able to carry usability tests and decide which technique to be used
• Should be able to develop complex automated test scripts from a detailed level
• Should have knowledge to organize test management automation
• Should know and effectively apply project management tools and techniques
• Should have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Good Communication and client management skills
• Domain expertise in Retail, Airlines, Insurance, Healthcare, Capital Markets is an added advantage
