We welcome you to the first edition of Perspective, AppLabs’ global newsletter. Spring 2007 has been an exciting time for AppLabs, with the global roll out of the new AppLabs brand. We are now a truly integrated organization, with our employees, testing facilities and clients located across three continents. This first edition delves into the issues of compliance. This last year has seen the introduction of the international accounting standards – IFRS. Our article looks at how companies use technology and apply rigorous testing approaches to meet compliance.

We also look at the issues surrounding the implementation of VISTA, demonstrate AppLabs’ work with Sun Microsystems and have interviews with two industry figures to gain their view on where the testing industry is heading.
