Knowledge@Wharton Podcast Interviews AppLabs’ Sashi P. Reddi on Growing Global Businesses in India

Mumbai, India, Philadelphia, USA, London, UK: In a podcast audio interview now available from Knowledge @ Wharton, the Wharton School’s online business analysis journal, Sashi P. Reddi, founder, chairman and CEO of AppLabs (http://www.applabs.com), discusses with co-interviewee Ramkrishan (Remi) Hinduja, chairman of HTMT Global Solutions, a range of pressing issues facing India and the world economy. Entitled, “Remi Hinduja and Sashi Reddi: Growing Global Businesses in India,” the podcast focuses on wage inflation, cultural challenges and infrastructure among other topics related to India’s rapid growth. Reddi’s firm, AppLabs, is the fastest growing independent software testing/quality assurance provider in the world while Hinduja’s firm is a part of the Hinduja Group (http://www.hindujagroup.com) which includes Amas Bank and Gulf Oil.

The interview is available on the flagship version of Knowledge @ Wharton and now is also featured on the home page of the regional edition, India Knowledge @ Wharton, as the featured podcast. The interview is a result of a panel session at the 2007 Wharton Economic Summit that featured both Reddi (a Wharton PhD alumnus) and Hinduja along with Richard A. Helfenbein, President, Luen Thai USA and Wharton Prof. Morris Cohen. During the Wharton Economic Summit Knowledge@Wharton recorded a series of podcasts with speakers and panelists at the event, whose theme was "Next Moves in a Global Economy."
