EMC® Centera® is the world's first content addressed storage (CAS) solution, providing simple, scalable, secure storage for fixed content. Currently, hundreds of quality third-party applications use the proprietary Centera API to integrate their functions with those of Centera's combined hardware and software platform.
By establishing this program at AppLabs, EMC is encouraging its partners to take the additional step of testing their products against established standards. The Centera Proven Program offers a highly visible way to demonstrate that your product takes maximum advantage of the Centera platform - and in certain regulatory or critical environments, this may prove crucial to a sale.
