- 3 product/test types, discount of $1000
- 4 product/test types, discount of $1500
Unique products and conditions that require additional testing beyond the established time frames will require additional fees to be paid. Cisco Network Admission Control Program Members are required to provide any special or unique hardware and/or software required to perform the interoperability testing of the product. Participants are required to resolve any issues, problems, or potential failures discovered during product interoperability testing within 30 days from being notified by AppLabs.
Items To Be Provided:The partner will provide a shipping version of the product to be tested.
Payment Arrangements:
The testing fees are paid in advance. After receiving your completed IVT questionnaire AppLabs will send pricing and test duration information for billing purposes. All dollar amounts are shown in US currency. AppLabs accepts the following forms of payment:
- Purchase Order
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Wire Transfer
- Company Check
Purchase orders must be approved in advance and may also require submission of a credit application for review and approval. AppLabs does not accept purchase orders from international companies. Please note that the testing fees remitted to AppLabs are non-refundable.
Scheduling Product Testing:
NAC participants are typically scheduled for the total allotted test days for the applicable product/test type(s). Please plan accordingly. Please be aware that AppLabs cannot schedule your product for testing in the lab until product registration and payment of the appropriate testing fees have both occurred.
Participants are scheduled on a "first come, first served" basis. Scheduling is based on available and open dates for testing and are subject to change on a daily basis. When registering your product for compliance testing, you will be given the opportunity to specify a preferred and alternate testing date. AppLabs will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests. If you have a special need or circumstance, please note this in your product registration.
The submission contact for your company will be contacted by email with confirmation of reserved testing dates. Once your product is scheduled to enter testing, AppLabs will reserve these dates for you and make the necessary engineering and hardware reservations to ensure the lab is ready for your product.
Product Re-testing:
Products will need to be re-tested for interoperability under the following conditions to maintain their current verification:
- Cisco updates the compliance specification.
- Product undergoes significant feature, functionality, or enhancement changes to the product.
