Testing Fee Schedule

The table below shows the testing fees associated with the Interoperability Testing for Cisco and Wireless Network Solutions as offered by AppLabs. All dollar amounts are shown in US currency.

Test Type Price Required $5,500

The testing fees are paid in advance and at the time of your product registration. AppLabs accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Purchase Order
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Wire Transfer
  • Company Check

Note: The verification testing fees are non-refundable.

Scheduling Product Testing:
As an important note, Interoperability Testing cannot be scheduled until payment arrangements have been made and approved by AppLabs accounting. Purchase Orders and wire transfers must be approved in advance and require a completed credit application. Wire transfers may be subject to fees added by government agencies or banking institutions. Should you elect either of these methods of payment, you will be contacted by a AppLabs representative within 24-hours after you complete the registration forms to coordinate payment details.

Participants are scheduled on a \"first come, first served\" basis. Scheduling is based on available and open dates for testing and are subject to change on a daily basis. When registering your product for compliance testing, you will be given the opportunity to specify a preferred and alternate testing date. AppLabs will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests. If you have a special need or circumstance, please note this in your product registration.

The submission contact for your company will be contacted by email with confirmation of reserved testing dates. Once your product is scheduled to enter testing, AppLabs will reserve these dates for you and make the necessary engineering and hardware reservations to ensure the lab is ready for your product. If for whatever reason you need to change a confirmed date, we ask that out of courtesy to other participants and to AppLabs that you please provide no less than 72-hours advance notice by sending email to: ciscowirelessnetworking@keylabs.com. Cancellations that occur with less than 72-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1,500 in addition to the required testing fee remitted.

As part of the testing process, Cisco requires that you have an engineer on-site for the setup and configuration of your product. This may be for one day or more depending upon the complexity of your product. You are optionally welcome to have your engineer remain at AppLabs during the Interoperatbility Testing.

Product Re-testing:
Re-verification testing is offered at a discounted price, provided the re-testing occurs within the first year of the initial product verification. When more than one year has elapsed from the time the product has originally been tested, the testing will be performed at the standard rate. Products will need to be re-tested under the following conditions to maintain their current verification:

  • Significant feature, functionality, or enhancement changes to the product.
  • Cisco releases a new version of the software that would have an impact on the features of the product.
  • Any combination of 2 maintenance releases either by the vendor participant or by Cisco.
